Purchased 2 slices of cheesecake, $21. Love it and it's a treat now and then. Workers behind the counter were busy, very friendly and worked efficiently

I wish I could remember the name of our server last night she was LOVELY! She had a smile on her face the entire time, was very warm and welcoming, laughed with us, and thoughtfully checked on us and refilled waters along with the other runners. The food was delicious and the whole vibe was honestly just great. I hadn't been to Cheesecake Factory since the year they opened (oh my gosh I'm getting old , so I didn't know what to expect, but our friends really wanted to eat there. We didn't make a reservation and we were a walk up. It was SLAMMED. We were told an hour wait, which seemed right. We went across to PF Changs to grab a drink since the CCF bar was full. We got a text 40 minutes later. It was a pleasant surprise and just enough time for everyone in our party to enjoy a drink and not feel rushed. What a wonderful evening. Thank you CCF! Two little suggestions for management: 1. The bathrooms really needed some attention with it being such a busy night. 2. If there's anyway to take reservations over the phone again, the only way to make a reservation online is to give an email, which is a turn off. Hopefully these two notes are helpful. The overall experience really was wonderful and we will absolutely be back and won't wait 20 years to return this time. ;
