I ordered a cafe mocha, the barista looked a little confused and asked if I wanted the mocha latte or in it. I was confused as I've never been asked that about a cafe mocha and said I want the mocha in it. She was polite and said it would be about 5 minutes. I waited about 15 minutes while five other people got served ahead of me. I finally go up and ask for the status, clearly they forgot about me because they serve it to me right then. It was some kind of coffee concoction with mocha in it, it was disgusting and not even close to a cafe mocha. I wound up throwing it away. She did initially apologize about the wait however at that point I was done. I did not ask for a new one or a refund, not waiting another 15 minutes.
They always have the Peppermint syrup that I love! ?
Every member of the staff at this location is phenomenal! They often times brighten my day and it's been nice getting to know them a little bit over the past year of going in. The crew there is some of the best around and Starbucks should be really lucky and proud to have them as employees.
Crystal at the starbucks is the SWEETEST human being ever. She always tries to make sure her customers get exactly what they want. And with a smile that could brighten anyone's day. Unless the scalpers come and buy all the cups as soon as they're released (shame on y'all), they usually have a good selection.
