Smoothie King - Jacksonville

This Smoothie King is located in a mini-strip mall, on the left is the Firehouse Subs the Batteries Bulbs Store, also next to this shopping center is Carrabba?s restaurant. My smoothie was made with the ingredients I asked to keep cold until I arrived to get it. It was tasteful, I ordered the 40 ounces. because I needed immune boosters. The cash registers were warm.

My daughter and I got a smoothie today. I am not very impressed by the Gladiator Coffee (espresso). It tastes something like soap, but I think it could be the protein that was used, I think. My daughter got a Lil Angel smoothie and she was very good ( strawberries and bananas). I have to try this place again and see if it was only the protein or something else.

I feel like Smoothie King makes the best strawberry smoothie. As for customer service, there are a few employees who hate the job. Today we ordered 40 ounces of smoothies, two were filled up. You were about 2 inches from above. My Hubby asked the lady to fill it like the others because they throw the rest. That it bothers me. The young lady said something to an apparently experienced employee and she said it's a 44oz cup and 40 oz smoothie. Don't make sense! Please the customer!!!! Don't throw it out, give it to the customer!!!!

Love my peanut butter smoothie! Much better than the other smoothie place in the area. Customer service was great.
