Seafood Island Grille - Jacksonville

I don't know what I expected, but I didn't expect how great this place was! We ordered delivery and the food came pretty fast. I have the Gator tail and the shrimp boboy with Mac and cheese and Coleslaw. It was all so good. Great flavors! Plan to try this place again.

This was my first visit to Seafood Island Bar Grill in Jacksonville. The place had a nice mood and the staff and service were top notch! I ordered the seafood trio with shrimp, fish and oysters. It also came with Hush puppies and I chose cheese grottes and apples as my pages. I washed it with a sweet tea. Everything was kicked to perfection, although you have several other ways to have your meal prepared. The food was delicious and I will definitely try something else from their extensive menu!

My wife and I found us in Jacksonville tonight looking for seafood. After visiting a company we found ourselves in the Seafood Island Bar and Grill. Paul the manager was on point friendly and helpful, the evenings fresh oysters themselves shoved. Our counter help Eli was on the menu and helpful in guiding us order. In this restaurant you order at the counter and the food is then brought to your table, drinks are well-style or bar. My wife's crab cakes were very tasty and moist with a good amount of crab meat. I had a Redfish Filet blacker, it was excellent. Loaded baked potato and a very nice fresh house salad. The woman enjoyed the Jumbo Shrimp Dinner. An average complete dinner plate runs a little less than 20 dollars in general and many combinations are offered. All our foods were excellent, good portions, very fresh. During peak hours the toilet was clean and immaculate. Great relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful downtown location perfect for the before or after dinner walk. Many parking lots highly recommended

And it was all delicious. If there is a need to be quite honest, the pommes were something too salty, but if that is the only thing, sign me to order again. It was also quickly shown until 20 minutes before the estimated GrubHub delivery time. Nooice.

Hands down great family spot. I like how you order at the front...then get your number...then find your own seat...then quickly your food comes...then its sooo good and hot and fresh....then the friendly waiters check on ya at good speed. Then your belly is full...so leave a good tip and go on your way. A nap will follow...trust me! Great service! Quick food. 4 eating under 75 bucks...that's good eating yall!
