Bidra med feedbackThe pizza at this restaurant is amazing! It's delicious and reasonably priced. However, the salads are just average.
1st time ordering: Ordered pick up called order in: Very disappointing....ordered calzones. 1 steak and 1 chicken and there was literally only a few pieces of meat/ protein in both. Ordered mushrooms on steak calzone and none on the finished product. Called to talk to manager about entire calzones being mostly cheese and bread. When speaking to manager Jeremy, I advised understanding that times are hard but you simply cannot put 4 to 5 pieces of tiny meat in calzone and think it is OK. Jeremy advised I coojrf this myself. This is how we have been making it for 30 years. I advised Jeremy if you keep putting out product like this, I don 't give you another 3 months. Jeremy treat your delivery and pick up costumers as well as you treat dine in customers. For example. We will never order from here again due to YOUR attitude and will never dine in or recommend this establishment. Makes us sad as we love to support local. Hope owner 's view this. Maybe hire a real chef?
First stop from our plane from California.and everything was as good as it was years ago when they opened on Phillps Hwy. Homemade rolls on the cheese steak served with tender steak cheese and onions. Marinara on the side, Best anywhere including Pats in Philly. Had to see if pizza was the same and it was. Ordered well done and it was terrific. This pizza is as good as Pepes and Sallys in New Haven Wish they were in our town in California. The staff was so great that i thought they were the owners family.
Excellent pizza, the closest that I've found to New York style pizza. I'm a pizza person. Good location
We heard they had good pizza and that the small chain was started by someone from NYC. Whatever authenticity for NYC pizza they may have had, is lost. It was a very wet crust in the middle and the whole crust was too thick. We had a meat lover's pizza which should have had extra cheese per the menu. There was little cheese and it didn't go much beyond halfway up the slice. Their sauce on pizza was dull and non-descript. Tried a COLD Italian sub and while they get points for having a hinge, it was square lunch meat including boiled ham, no seasonings, and the COLD sub had a HOT roll which must have been crisped up in the oven. Subs should not be hot. Grinders are hot, subs are cold or room temperature at best. Wanted to like it but won't be going back.
