Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Eating here is good, but the service is super slow. we waited for our server for 20 to 30 minutes before we ordered our food. Overall, eating was good, but with the service was best mediocre. I may not go back because the service is slow. Remember that the server outfits were not uniform and not professional for the opposite where the restaurant is. I would expect a place in the city center to be well dressed.

Relatiw empty restaurant and asked for the wait- 15 minutes and then asked to sit at the bar that was completely empty and said there was a 5 minute waiting. saw there for at least 15 minutes for the bar that was still empty. the host had sunglasses and gave us a percussion concert for the music that played - that is the good one. he wasn't a very successful lighter, so that's the 1 star.

The friendliness of the team super. but the burger tasted just like a wendys regular speckburger. the fries tasted a little old as if they might have fritted earlier than the burger and the additional fries they get were ok. not the biggest food for the price. that was our first time we ate red robin. I'm sorry for the two stars I would give the friendliness a 5 stars.

The staff are helpful and always nice. The food doesn’t take forever to get out to you and it’s sooooo good too. I am fairly new to Red Robins and I love it. The prices seems to be a little high for hamburgers, but you get what you pay for. These burgers do not taste cheap and are the best I’ve ever had. So, I’ll pay the price for the best burger I’ve ever found. Being a world traveler I’ve eaten at many places .

So we have been to this location multiple times but had a slight bad experience. We decided to give them another chance for late lunch today. I do realize that all businesses are short staff right now but you should close (for the day) if you don't have the staff. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table even though more then half of the dining room was empty. We finally got stuck on a high top in the bar so the bartender could serve us. Our order was taken quickly and pleasantly by the bartender. There is a suggestion for dips for your side items so we included that. Our food took about 30 minutes. The cheese dips (for the fries) came about 10 minutes before our food so it was cold and congealed before we got anything to dip in it. I ordered the fish and chips and it was by far the worst fish I've ever had. The fish was fried to oblivion and despite not getting any seasoning or flavor from the fish I did taste a wet wash rag about half way through the first bite. I did not eat any of it more. We did not receive any drinks until about 8 minutes into eating (even though it was the bartender who took our order. We were checked on once by staff and my friend asked for a sweet tea because his **** Mary was not great. The bartender asked if we ever got the sweet tea (after another 15 minutes). My friends hamburger had jalapeños on it which he cannot eat so he was sweating and finding it hard to breath because it took so long to get the tea. And as par for the course he could not drink the sweet tea, I tasted it and it tasted like soap and fish GROSS. I will not be returning to this place!
