Papa Johns Pizza - Jacksonville

I called into the store today to order pizzas a Brady was very helpful and kind. Very pleased with him and the time he took to get my order corrected.

Tried to order online, didn't work, called to order and got directed to a call center in India and couldnt understand what they were saying to get the order placed. Will never order from here in the future. Get ur phones connect directly to the store for crying out loud!

There's evil staff working here. I call them evil because they refused to make my order the way I expected it.I ordered a pizza here twice and on my second time when I came to pick up my order, the evil staff refused to make me the exact order but rather opted to make me a pizza from the 1st order which was totally different from what I had ordered this time. She straight up told me that she thought that I wanted similar order like the previous one yet I had taken my time to tell her exactly what I wanted. Am using the word evil because I would incur these kinds of experiences everywhere I went due to this evil spirit in these people that would be ahead of me. The whole point of doing this,would be to change my plan, distract but also frustrate me intentionally. No matter what I did, they wouldn't budge however it is because I ain't perfect yet and God wants me to be perfect 1st such that he may give me perfect things then. It's very frustrating and the only way to go around this now is by ordering from a further location away from me rather than ordering from the obvious one.I had to refuse the order until she offered to make me the correct order, however this wasted my precious time because I was doing community service at Walmart under salvation army.I don't recommend this place at all because it has evil staff.Who knows, they might even do some weird stuff to the food they are making if they can do this to someone for no valid reason.

Everything is fresh and you can tell the difference. The dough is made from scratch and nothing is frozen . Better ingredients for better pizza.
