Moe's Southwest Grill - Jacksonville

We've been stuck on the old moe too long. This place is so terrible that it's just not worth trying. We were so tired as long as it takes in the store that we began to get delivery. Tonight's delivery was missing a whole meal and no EVER answers the phone when you call and you can't leave a message. You don't care about customer service. Don't be a customer of this store.

Every time I come to this place, everyone seems to have a bad attitude, even if I went to smile. The lady who made my burritos was literally sounding things everywhere and huffing and puffing and then another girl couldn't even roll them up, they were just thrown together. No smile or anything very rude! I would not recommend this place and that?s why it did the reviews.

Drinking machine looked like a bad toilet bowl. The food sector had spillage everywhere. The chips were stopped. Every table was dirty, the garbage was overflowing. Be sure not to walk in this place

Food was amazingly spiced rice had a little kick I loved. Just the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because it was really hot in the store. I thought I was out again. Oh and customer service was great. The WELCOME TO MOES is an amazing feeling. The environment wanted it to be less cool.

Manager was very rude. She acted as if it was an imposition to answer a simple question and actually argued about it. Rice was dried out and barely edible, ruining my order. I?ve had decent food from here in the past, but now it?s like a place that doesn?t plan on remaining in business for much longer. I definitely won?t be ordering anything from here in the future. There are other places to go that exceed Moe?s in quality of food and that act as if my business is appreciated?
