Mi Rancho Gto - Jacksonville

I used to enjoy this place but we found hair in the salsa! I immediately asked the waitress to speak with a manager and she said he wasn't there. I said call him and tell him we have found hair, not once, but twice in their restaurant. They offered us a free order of queue. I told them we won't be coming back to this establishment. Avoid this place. They don't care about the quality of their food and if there is hair in the salsa it's a health code violation. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Go anywhere else but here.

All I can really say is WOW. I travel quite a bit in the southeast and I have to say, it's the best Chile Relleno I've ever had. This food is very good! Now they only serve beer and frozen wine margaritas, because they don't have a liquor license, but the quality of the food makes up for that. If you live near this restaurant and like Mexican food, it's worth check-in out.

Excellent authentic Mexican food, reasonably priced and very good service

Have eaten here for years and always order as take out. I have never had problems until tonight. After ordering my meal and waiting, manager kept giving me the evil eye' from the bar then involved an unfriendly bartender in his glares.And when the waiter went to bag and bring me my food, he stepped in and repacked the bag putting my food in on its side so all the juices poured into bag, then proceeded to OVERCHARGE me by $5 for the same thing I always get. I don't know who this guy is, but after waiting 40 minutes for a 10min meal in a desolate restaurant, I took it. I will never go there again. Too many places in this town to put up with a belligerent manager. Its a shame because I usually eat here 1 to 2 times a week. Lost for your business buddy!

Love this place! Great food, solid service, and decent pricing. We are big fans of the chicken fajita quesadilla.
