Marble Slab Creamery - Jacksonville

Came today for the FIRST time and literally had the worst experience. There was obviously a new girl behind the counter, which was absolutely miserable and did not want to help whatever did not even ask if we needed anything or try to help. People were waiting for me and I wasn't even recognized. The teenage girls working here could take care of less and show it. I'll never come back and I'll advise you not to go.

About a week ago, I first ordered from here. I used Doordash. I bought the small make it your own with Double Dark Chocolate ice cream, Watermelon Sorbet and M

Love the ice that this brand has to offer, but the inconvenience in the freshness of the cones have cost this rating 2 stars. I come here once a week to grab vanilla ice cream in a bowl with a cone, every time the cone is stale, every time, even after I asked for a fresh cone, I will still be stale. Sales at this point seem to be high, so they may still learn. Regardless, quality control in the food industry should be top priority.

Get in and out. The ice is very good. There are two outdoor tables, so you can sit and enjoy the ice cream.

I went here while I was visiting Jacksonville. The location seems clean. However, the experience was not great. We have one of these in South Carolina where I am from. It is mostly manned by teenagers. But their service is much better than this location. One of the young men seemed as if he were sick or had allergies and seemed very distracted. The other young man was making to go orders and doordash only even though the line was outside. People walked out, but we refused to because most. The other ice cream places closed at 10, and this establishment state opened until 11 PM. We had already stayed in line for over an hour, so it was too late to give up at that point. It was extremely cold inside. When I ordered, the young man walked off, answered the phone, and walked outside. He came back a few minutes later and took my husband's order. This young man seems to be more experienced than the other. when he started helping things move a little more quickly. But after waiting an hour, nothing seems quick overall. I would not recommend this location to my family friends, and I will not be returning.
