Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Have been here a number of times, usually with a large party...customer service has been excellent! Food is tasty, dessert is even better! The inside never seems too busy to accommodate our large party and no one seems to have any trouble with all our kids! Our food has always been ready in a decent amount of time. Definitely loved by the whole family! UPDATE: Recently came here with family again celebrating a birthday. This time was on a weekend, which is not our usual days to visit. They were busier, but still had great service! Made a few mistakes, but went above and beyond to make things right! Just an FYI...Sign on the door says Masks required now. Not every customer had them on, but all staff did. Food was yummy as usual...we 'll be back!

First time being at this location for Veterans Day, and the team went beyond and above taking care of us. Appreciate the military support and shout out to their supervisor, Sandra for being more than welcoming!!! : will come back here again.

Waited 20 minutes in an empty restaurant for this sweet Chicago dog. Although 20 minutes of watching a kitchen that is all kids under 18 who clearly don't care thanks to $8/hr was fairly entertaining, so for that this S show gets 2 stars. Thanks for the entertainment, your business is a hot mess.

Visited today to pick up lunch. Low crowd volume, maybe 5 cars in the drive thru. Took a few minutes for the staff to grab my order, but the young lady was very friendly. We ordered a kids meal and a patty melt. The kids meal was a great deal for the size burger and the same amount of fries as a regular meal. I didn't care for the bread on the patty melt. There was something about the flavoring that turned me off. I love their fries. They have the shoestrings.. The lobby was fairly clean. A dirty napkin on 1 or 2 tables that I assume the staff hadn't had a chance to get to yet.

This was our first visit at Freddy?s and Sandra was our cashier. She took the time to explain the kids menu because the screen with that info wasn?t working. She was courteous and friendly and you can tell she cared about our first experience. She was working short staffed with a injured arm and still had a smile. You could tell everyone in the back were working hard in spite of the staffing issues that seem so common these days. The food was really really delicious. I was surprised that a fast food place had such tasty burgers. Both kids loved their meals and said they want to come back here again. Thankful for everyone who showed up today to give their best and work hard. Keep it up y?all! It was noticed and appreciated.
