The staff made me feel safe and welcome, I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice, corn, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, green sauce, hot sauce and salad that BEST Burrito I?ve had ever! Place was also clean and quiet so bonus points for it.?
That was by far the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. The place was dirty. There was garbage in the outdoor terrace. The counters flooded with scrap. The garbage was over. I have an online order for 4 o'clock pickup. I arrived at 4:26 and the order was not ready yet. The staff left the 10 people waiting until they had to wait. The staff was rude. They had hardly any items available. Until they expand the management, I recommend the people who drive extra 10-15 minutes to another place.
This is nothing against the restaurant just trying to emphasize the importance of using your assets to your advantage, there was a very nice man at the counter responsible for the rice beans and chicken and had no problem doing several orders very much time efficiently. However, there was a holdup that started to form the other ingredients that created a huge line, making I hear many customer complaints from all people before me. Personally after working in fast food before I understand the struggles of haste, but I think the management must place workers where they are most effective to help the restaurant run the best of its ability.
Don?t know how often I ordered the delivery from here and it is as they do not know how to read. perfect example, tonight I ordered a burrito with steak, white rice, pico, acid cream and cheese and a Mexican coke. they sent me a Burrito bowl with white rice, steak and cheese and not even the trouble to send the coke.
Dark outside drove past the place twice. Slow service even though made online order. 2 cashiers and neither bothered to bad the food as it was completed. Out of chips out of veggies out of lots of items but somehow managed to put something extremely spicy in my bowl. This location needs effiency training. The manager was nice and finally sparked the employees in the right direction.
