Brooklyn Burrito Gallery - Jacksonville

I was very happy with the customer service and food quality at Burrito Gallery. The fajita style (grilled onions peppers) quesadilla was huge and very filling. The queso was great with the chips. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Jacksonville.

Exciting, busy, fast paced environment with great food. The staff was great, very polite and attentive. Everybody stayed busy the entire time I was there. I got some food to go Friday night after some recommendations from friends. I ordered old school nachos and two chicken tacos. The only 'problem ', if you could even call it that, was that I got steak tacos even though I ordered chicken. For me, that wasn 't an issue, more of a pleasant surprise. As busy as they were, if that was the only mistake they made, they 're doing a phenominal job! I would definitely recommend them and I will be going back, hopefully sining in next time!

I hosted my daughter’s engagement party at the Brooklyn location, renting out the rooftop space. Martin, the VP, was incredible throughout the whole process. He helped us with the menu, seating arrangements, and more. The day turned out to be perfect for my daughter’s celebration. We were able to decorate according to our Caribbean theme, and he was very accommodating regarding the size of our party. The event was reasonably priced as well. I want to thank the entire staff for their help and professionalism throughout the day. The rooftop was just the right size for our gathering, and the bar area was also ample. The lounge spaces added a nice touch, and the view of the city from the rooftop was stunning at night. I would absolutely recommend the Brooklyn location for any special event!

In Spring 2022, I would describe the food and location as just 'okay.' The flavors didn't impress me, and while the location had promise, it fell short of expectations. The outdoor seating was a nice touch, but the atmosphere felt a bit uninviting—not in terms of temperature, but just overall warmth. The bar area appeared nice, though I can't offer much insight since I'm not a drinker. Also, I noticed there were no outdoor trash cans, which might be worth mentioning.

Fantastic burritos! The queso on top is delicious. I ordered the steak burrito while my wife opted for the taco salad. The only downside was that the lettuce had a few wilted pieces.
