Bono's Pit Bar-B-Q - Jacksonville

This is honestly my favorite Bonos location in Jacksonville. But today I had a bad experience with Uber eats when I ordered. I called the Bonos directly to see if they would make it right and talked to Kat. She made everything right for me in the best way. She was so calming and efficient She really turned a bad situation into a great experience. It’s people like her that make us keep coming back to an establishment. I hope she is getting the recognition she deserves. What an asset she truly is. But if not I’ll be in there soon enough with a job offer. Honestly I want and need her on my staff. She was just grand.

This was our first visit to Bono's and we enjoyed the experience. Our server tiffany was amazing and very knowledgeable about the menu. I would definitely return and bring some friends with me.

Food was good but had alittle to much fat on beef brisket way better then tremendous bq

We needed help getting a friend's electric wheelchair into the trunk, which was too heavy for three of us alone. The manager and one other worker came out and helped us lift it; we couldn't have done it without them. Wonderful place and wonderful people! Thank you so much!

Great BBQ, friendly and helpful staff, fun atmosphere. TV at bar and outside. Great place.
