The Beagle Bagel Cafe - Jackson

The roasted chicken panini was great, the chicken was very seasoned and roasted red peppers were good. The chicken salad on an everything bagel was okay, but the bagel was so tough and it took forever to chew.

I ordered a dozen bagels, every single bagel was not cut in half when also means they were not toasted, there really much to do with bagels!

The worst customer service !!! The worst service. Very rude !!! First experience here been wanting to try for a long time. I walked in the guy was serving the man in front of me. He told the worker his order and the worker asked what kind of bagel. The guy asked what kind do u have the worker gave him a dumb look and threw his hands up toward the wall. A better way to handle that would be yes sir the options are here let me show you and give him advise on the bagels.. Then my turn comes around. I am with my daughter. She advised him she would like a mid. Cobb salad. The guy said huh we don?t do medium salad u can get the chicken salad she said I am sorry I didn?t realize. granted other foodplaces u can get. Whole salad or half she was a little confused yet again making another customer feel dumb. Do better Madison?

Nice selection of menu items (bagels). My bagels were a bit soggy could’ve been due to me grabbing one late afternoon. The guy was really friendly and had exceptional customer service however; the woman at the cash register could’ve been a bit more welcoming. Other than that it’s a cute and cozy cafe.

A little pricey and crowded, but the food is soooooo good! Service is quick and the online ordering option is great. Very nice staff.
