Steak 'n Shake - Jackson

This my daughter favorite place to go she loves their fries and chicken tenders. Everyone is just so friendly there.

Store manager and staff are very friendly and know my order when I come in! I had no problems with this site as they were reopened after the COVID restrictions were raised. the food has always been delicious, and I love the new menu kioske and even serve drinking station much better than waiting for a busy waitress come my order. I would recommend this location! my only small weight is that they have not returned the garlic parmesan frits.

Love the updates and changes to the place! Drive through speed is improved and Love being able to eat in the dining room and peace.

Food is still great, but I want thrilled with the drive thru experience we had the other day. It was busy and they clearly gave our order to another car since there were 4 of us waiting past the window and the 3 cars behind us all got their food brought to them and left while we sat there waiting. After about 10 minutes we were asked what we ordered and then they hurriedly went back inside and made the food over again and brought it out 10 more minutes later in a plain bag with no receipt or anything. No explaining why it took 30 minutes. Disappointed
