Pizza Hut - Jackson

Pizza Hut in Jackson has one of the most rude delivery drivers. He called and rudely stated he was at my door. I told him no you aren't at my door. But I double checked to make 100 percent sure. MY DOGS GO CRAZY WHEN SOMEBODY IS ON MY PORCH AT THE DOOR. AND MY SON WAS ALREADY OUTSIDE. But this man kept insisting he was at my door. He was actually nest door. He finally( after me politely telling him he had to be at the wrong house and him questioning me as to WHAT WAS IN MY YARD AND DID I HAVE CHICKENS AND AN SUV) made it in the right driveway. He never apologized. He took the money and knew it was largely over the right amount. Didn't give me the change and chance to give him a tip. I asked him to check the amount. He told me it was 96.00 (which it was) and as he was getting in his car yelled at me he wouldn't be back. I told him GOOD.

There so rude an disrespectful they will take ur money an mess every thing up they don't care the manager is very rude

Pizza was good but had to ask for napkins and silverware. Drink machine was down. Staff was pleasant.

I ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza light pizza sauce the pizza had so much sauce on it it was in able to eat I tried calling back but no answer

I usually go to this Pizza Hut during lunch with my Dad and the food and serve is excellent! Tonight is my second time going to this Pizza Hut location in the eveningI always request my wings to be all flats and crispy tonight the 18 wings were NOT crispy and I had to finish cooking them when I got home!!! I stayed on hold for 45 mins before talking with someone! I didn’t want a free meal, I didn’t want my money backI don’t need a handout! I only wanted them to know to make sure they follow instructions when instructions are given to them! I try my best to patronize local restaurants in Jackson, but it is getting old with the half serves and cold or under cooked food! We can’t even get what we ask and pay for! It’s so sad!
