Mcdonald's - Jackson

This particular McDonald's staff is very courteous and attentive. The food and coffee is hot every time. McDonald on Hwy 18, Hwy 80, and Pearl need training from this staff.

The service here is quick, and unlike the McDonald's in Richland, they don't mix up orders. The straws are kept to the left of the counter, so you’ll need to remember to grab them yourself. As someone who works at UMMC and drives past the Richland McDonald's every day, I still prefer this location. The staff is always courteous, and I've never had a bad experience here.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. There can be long waits during lunch hours, but overall they don't make many mistakes with orders.

One employee really stood out during my visit. She ensured everything was running smoothly—taking orders, delivering them, and her memory was impressive. She could pinpoint exactly who each order belonged to just by looking at their faces. She handled the fries and drinks expertly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name, but if you visit, you’ll definitely know who she is!
