Little Caesars Pizza - Jackson

Called and order a stuffed crust 3 meat pizza and crazy bread with extra butter and Parmesan cheese and ranch. Received my receipt and it showed a custom pizza but did not say stuff crust so when they brought the pizza out to me I asked them if it was stuff crust and the guy apologized that it wasn’t and asked if I wanted him to go make one. I said yes and he went back in and a couple minutes later a female came out and told me there was a difference in price and that I would have to pay that in order to get what I ordered. (Mind you I have no problem paying the difference but I had already waited 20 mins and it would be another 15 minutes) so I just took the pizza they made. Got home and the crazy bread had no Parmesan on it and looked like it had been sitting for a while and I did not get my ranch. I’m not one to leave reviews but when you’re paying almost $20 I’d expect to get at least 1 thing I ordered correct.

This location used to be halfway decent but the last time I went it was terrible. We placed an order online and we were notified in the app that it was ready. We went to pick it up inside and the employees were so apathetic and spacey. I don 't know if they just hate their jobs or were high, but it was not a good look. They told us our order wasn 't ready and it would be ready soon. We waited and waited and it took a literal hour to get a simple order of a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. We would have left but since we already paid we knew getting a refund would be a hassle. It was Friday night so kinda busy but nothing crazy. This location has gone downhill. The pizza itself was sloppy and the crust was practically non-existent. The crazy bread was barely cooked, the inside was cold and mushy. Do yourself a favor and skip this place unless you don 't mind waiting an hour for a mediocre pizza and half cooked crazy bread.

I was greeted right away. No line. Plenty of options for hot-n-ready including my fav- deep dish pepperoni. In and out on a Friday night in less than 2 mins. One satisfied customer!

Ordered online for pickup order. Service was good. Food was undercooked. Pizza was doughy as well as the bread sticks.

I ordered pizza to be ready for pickup at a certain time. I arrived right on time at drive through. I was told it would be 5 minutes. That was fine, so I pulled around the building as instructed. I was told it would be right out. 15 Minutes later I figured they must have forgotten about me. I moved to parking spot and had to take my 3 small children out do their car seats and into the restaurant where we stood for several minutes before anyone csme up front. Yes, they did forget about our pizzas.
