Dunkin' - Jackson

Ordered maple bacon croissant twice now and received the regular bacon each time. I know because I order from other Dunkin's and you can taste the maple. Nothing worse than NOT getting what you wanted!

I go get my coffee every morning and the drive thru is so efficient and courtesy is also at the best it can be. Always smiling faces.

Order is never correct, always out of items, terrible customer service and mobile orders are never ready. This is pretty much on every single visit and it seems to be drastically getting worse. I spent over 30 minutes waiting for two drinks after ordering a head on the mobile app 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I was told they did not have one of the drinks I ordered, asked to pull up and then was left waiting 30 minutes for someone to bring out my two drinks. By that time my food was cold and one of the drinks was also cold which just so happened to be the drink they claimed they did not have in stock. When I brought this up to the employee she refused to correct although one drink was ice cold and comparison to the other as they were both supposed to be hot drinks. I will not be returning to this location under any circumstances.

This Dunkin is inside a Marathon truck stop. It's very clean, they're fast, and they're friendly. This location will be a must stop when we're passing through

This spot is great for a road trip stop! The doughnuts were fresh, the facilities were super clean. That's a win.
