K&l Delicatessen - Jackson Heights

Wanted to come on here and say how good the food is here. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years and never had a issue. The lady over the phone is always being helpful and the service is fast and efficient. Definitely a hidden gem in Jackson Heights, would recommend.

Horrible experience in ordering food todayThere 's a cashier lady there, who has terrible attitude. I don 't know her name, but one way to identify her is that she has heavy Hispanic accent. I tried to place an order today over the phone, and she kept interrupting me. I asked her repeatedly miss I have work to do, I need to place the order fast so I can go. She just kept talking and interrupting me. I said I had to wait a long time on the phone, she told me that I had to use a tablet. I informed her that I tried ordering online but the site told me to call the restaurant. I said it 's okay can I just place the order now? She then accuses me of fighting with her because I said that I had to wait a long time on the phone. Then she says that I have to say please . Whenever I call the restaurant to order I always begin with saying I 'd like to order a pickup please. She just kept arguing with me that I just couldn 't get my order in. I got so frustrated I had forget about getting food from there and hang up the phone. This argumentative lady is going to drive customers away.

I had K&L cater to a small event, and from the moment I spoke to the manager throughout the date of the delivery, all was seamless and perfect. The food platters/wraps were delicious and super fresh. The quality was excellent and I am very happy with the service. Tyvm and great job K&L

Very pricey but everything prepared to order in very quick fashion and menu is very large, plus they'll make anything you ask for. Lots of seating outside and in.Owner family very polite and religious, and their staff- in spite of diversity- reflects their values, politeness and work ethic seldom seen these days.

Vanessa has been true staff at K L. She makes great coffee for me every day and other staffs are great as well. Her communication skills are excellent and serve customers very well. Best coffee and deli in Jackson Heights NY. Please visit there.
