I ordered about Deliveryando and it should be the confirmed delivery in about 45min after the app. After about 75min I called and asked when it really comes. It's been over 30 minutes since. It was immediately researched, but I was roasted to the next 5 to 10min. I expect an apology, but she didn't come. Food had finally arrived after 45min delay. At least the driver has a number of excuses. Good reason. The food was finally still warm enough and delicious. Without the driver, it would have been only 3 stars.
