Starbucks In Enc - itas

No place to sit down,no tables,very dirty...Employee had a nasty attitude...Bathrooms are dirty.Not a good starbucks locations,I would skip this store and go to the next one,there's plenty around .

The girl serving with long wavey hair is very rude.

The hours listed are not the hours that the store is open. I received a Starbucks gift card and thought I would use it for a mocha frapacinno on a hot evening. Checked the Starbucks website and it states this location is open until 7:30 p.m. I live close and walked over to the location, the sign on the door says it is open until 7:30. I arrived at 7:05 p.m. The door was locked so I assumed they just closed early. When I called the location I was told that the store closes at 6 p.m. but the drive thru is open until 7:30. I feel that Starbucks should correct their hours listed on their website as well as on the door of this location and state the actual strorefront hours and indicate what hours the drive thru is open to make it clear to customers. Disappointed customer.

It sucks that a 7 dollar drink is 75% ice, but that's not up to the people that work here. The servers are really friendly and do a good job. The drive through here used to take me 30 minutes to get through around the holiday season, but it's been way faster lately.

Just got turned back from the staff it’s 6pm website says they close at 7:30p but employees are saying it’s closed in a very rude manner at 6:00pm
