Raul's Shack Mexican Food In Enc - itas

This Mexican restaurant is a fantastic local gem. The food may have been better in the past, but it's unclear if it was just on a particular day. Regardless, for over 30 years, this place has consistently been amazing.

One of my go-to places for delicious tacos is this restaurant. I highly recommend trying the pork taco and adobaba, both of which are incredibly tender, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service is consistently excellent and the wait times are usually short. The prices are very reasonable and the enchiladas are also tasty. Located in the vibrant neighborhood of Encinitas, this place is a must-visit. Don't forget to try the refreshing gelato at the neighboring shop!
