This restaurant in Istanbul is one of the best we have tried! The authentic Turkish dishes are full of flavor and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing helpful explanations about the food. The location is well hidden but easy to find.

Located on Klod Farer Street, Erhan's is a hidden gem among a cluster of restaurants at an intersection, offering a less touristy dining experience compared to the main street. The staff are much friendlier and attentive, although prices remain consistent. The restaurant's specialty is their variety of stews served on hot plates, with two pages dedicated to the dish. I opted for the seafood stew priced at TL34, and was pleasantly surprised by the flavorful and high-quality ingredients. The restaurant also offers a decent selection of drinks to complement your meal.

I prefer savory dishes over sweet ones, so I really enjoyed the salty flavors at this restaurant. The chef and staff were very friendly, making the overall experience pleasant. The restaurant is already well-known for its delicious cuisine, and I would highly recommend it for those who enjoy savory dishes. It was a very enjoyable dining experience.
