Good products, but inconsistent service. Dropped by yesterday at 5 PM and the store was closed without any notice. The website said that it was open to 8 PM. Called today to make sure it is open, but the selections on the call menu does not allow a choice to speak to a real staff. Not going to drive there again in case the store is still closed.

So thoroughly impressed with Pressed! I scheduled a pickup order for my partner to pick up on his way home from work, and it was ready exactly at my scheduled time. Everything tastes super clean, super fresh, and super good. That Horchata Azul is especially stellar. And the smoothie bowl? New addiction for sure. And how sweet of them to include the accidental extra! Everything was packaged safely and securely. Could not be more satisfied with this purchase.

My first visit was great. My second visit the gal behind the counter looked at me when I came in. No greeting. I said I was picking up my order which was in the refrig. Still not saying a word, she turned around and went into the back. Third visit, I preordered again only to arrive to a closed store! I was refunded easily enough by their customer service via telephone. This saddens me because I really love the juice but the store itself leaves a lot to bedesired. Issaquah WA
