Chipotle Mexican Grill - Issaquah

That's the worst Chipotle location I've ever been, and I've gone several times to see if I was on a bad day, and every time it's a hot chaos. they are always out of many things, can never be fast enough on camp. this last Saturday was by far the worst, and we decided never to come back. first, online orders were not done, people waited for 45 minutes to eat, and when we were asked for a refund, we were told that we called a 1-800 number. all their drinks were empty, along with cutlery and serviettes, and yet they still took orders for drinks. and the manager never came out to deal with angry customers, so the cashier had to do with everyone I felt bad because it wasn't her fault. it is really a management problem, not enough employees to keep the demand. they save their money and eat them elsewhere.

I ordered for pickup to be ready about 20 minutes after I ordered (you can set times to pickup by). I got there. The staff ignored me for at least 5 minutes, maybe longer, even though they only had a few customers and had spare staff members to assist me. Finally they came and asked if I had a pickup order, I gave them the name, and they printed out the ticket and started working on it. It was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I was awkwardly standing around for 10 minutes total. Overall the staff were pretty rude. The food tasted okay but pretty sure it gave both me and my girlfriend mild food poisoning which seems to be pretty common with Chipotle apparently. Never again.

More often than not my mobile orders are not done well. Bowls asking for extra lettuce instead have hardly any. Tonight we ordered 3 chicken entrees and we each had maybe 3 pieces of chicken. It seems as if you don't stand there and watch them make it, they can't be bothered to monitor quality.

I love chipotle but this one is consistently horrible, disorganised and dirty. I've been here several times and they either mess up the order, the food is inconsistent or there is a long wait time. A bunch of kids work here too. Where is the management?

Was given barely any meat… not sure why steak entree got a quarter of a spoon…. was trying to enter restroom, code machine wasn’t working, staff wasn’t helpful. They seems to ignore my call to get their attention and kept chatting in the back.This is no chick fil a in terms of service.
