Bidra med feedbackWe stayed on a holiday in Calabria. Here you will find the true identity of the farm, where with simplicity but excellent professionalism you need local products of first choice. We ate a squid fry to say little divine and the excellent swordfish. Awesome also the starter of the house. Right value for money. I recommend it.
A simple and genuine place, just as you expect from an authentic farm. The atmosphere is characterized by simplicity, but at the same time conveys an obvious care. The environment is clean and well maintained, reflecting the attention of the managers. The staff is distinguished by its kindness, creating a warm welcome. The real surprise was the kitchen, with dishes that express authenticity and taste. However, our evening was characterized by a pinch of unforeseen animation: some misunderstandings between the room and the kitchen caused delays in service times. But the measure of good service is not only in the absence of plaster, but in the ability to manage them gracefully. In this, the owners distinguished themselves. To cope with the inconvenience, they offered the dessert and even applied a discount on the account.
I feel like I give you all these 5 stars! A very nice, almost romantic place for a summer evening on holiday. Outdated spaces, kind staff. The food. I took the meat and my partner tuna (250 g), both served in a pistachio sauce to say little wonderful! Two beers, a water and a good contour of silane potatoes, finally a good coffee...50 euro honest! To return one day to Capo Rizzuto will be an obligatory stage in which to have dinner or lunch.
Despite the place being full, waiting times were acceptable. Excellent appetizers.. Calabrians, meatballs and mussels. Top the spaghetti with clams and not least the intrigue to porcini cream.. sweet meat. And finally, I would say space, the canals.. delicious and fresh ricotta. Beautiful, clean and tidy location.
Trip doesn't forget. We ordered bruschettas as an appetizer, while my daughter a bunch of mussels, three mixed fries, the excellent white wine of the house, three stink truffles to the pistachio and to finish three bitters, 30 euros per person. Great price and great fish
