Bidra med feedbackI was told before I can use toilet facility I have to place order. I told the guy I will let me use the facility. But I was told its company policy for customers to place an order first so they will get code. Find it bit odd, as other fast food don't charge customers for these services. The guy on till was laughing about it. This put me off and I left the building. If they want to charge customers for toilets than better put the sign on door.
Human rights! My son needed to use the emergency toilet but the staff at Subway were arrogant and refused to let him use it unless we purchased something. Is this actually company policy? When I tried to challenge them and raise a complaint, they told me to go on Google and find them to raise it. What a shame for a company like Subway to treat their customers this way. Is this really your policy?
The service at this Subway is consistently superior to other locations. The woman at the register even gave me a free cookie as a thank you for being a part of the NHS.
I assisted with their delivery service on a rainy day and requested to use their restroom. They informed me that the restroom is for customers only and I must make a purchase in order to use it. I find it absurd that I helped them out on a busy day and they would not allow me to use their restroom.
