Over 30 minute wait in the drive through and the employees were absolutely dreadfully lazyAnd they screwed up the order to top it offHorrendous serviceAbsolutely do not recommend until the employees are replaced with employees with a work ethicHowever the manager was wonderful

If i can give zero stars I would. I ordered delivery from this place on door dash. My ordered got reassigned and then the new dasher informed me my order was already picked up. Well i never got a notification and she tried to ask the restaurant to remake the order and they refused to because it’s their policy. I never got my order and was refunded through door dash. I reported the first dasher and this restaurant for the inconvenience. Unacceptable!!! DO NOT order delivery from this place!!

I recently had a fantastic experience at Freddy's, all thanks to Gerald, the General Manager. He went above and beyond to ensure that my order was not just promptly served but exceptionally fresh. Gerald's attention to detail and commitment to customer service were evident, and he even topped off my visit with a complimentary drink, which was a delightful surprise. It's not every day you come across someone so dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience. Hats off to Gerald for making my meal memorable. Highly recommend visiting Freddy's when you're in the area, and a big thank you to Gerald for his exceptional service!
