Bidra med feedbackI frequently visit this restaurant, often riding my motorcycle there. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the venue is nice. The only thing I would improve is that the door from the dining room to the back area by the water is always locked, so you have to go around the restaurant to access it, even though it's a very nice area. Besides that, it is the best Cuban restaurant south of Miami. The beer is exceptionally cold and the food is exceptionally fresh, especially the fish.
We decided to have lunch here in the hopes of enjoying an ocean view. The restaurant is located behind a marina. We received excellent and friendly service, and were pleased with the variety on the menu and the prompt service. The food was delicious and the staff was lovely. To our complete surprise and delight, we ended up spending an additional hour at the marina behind the restaurant watching several manatees swim around, surfacing, and basking in the sun. We also enjoyed a refreshing drink of fresh water from a hose supplied by one of the boat owners.
The portions were generous and the food was delicious! The service was attentive and the view of the marina leading into the ocean was stunning. The Cuban coffee was absolutely delightful.
They were out of anything conch, lobster they did have was a 2"1/2 inch tail for $32.99 so I settled for a Cuban sandwich which was mediocre at best.
What a great surprise! The large fried conch and fried grouper were both like butter. We each left a plate of Moro and yuca because we were too full. So good!
