Atlantico - Isla Cristina

Good food and great service this restaurant is right on the beach in a great location. The fish and seafood is as fresh as it gets and in this part of Spain they simply know how to cook it to perfection. You pay extra for being right on the beach there are a couple of happy go lucky restaurants at the back fo the square (also worth a visit) but it is worth payiong the difference to eat whilst contemplating the Atlantic. My only compliant would be that for a restaurant of this size and with the prices they charge (not overly expensive but more than the immediate competition) they really should do something about their bathroom which was, frankly, a disgrace....

Really nice restaurant, nice food and even nicer people. I'd definitely come back : If the weather is nice enough, I recommend you to reserve a table outside, the garden is beautiful and the view of the beach is amazing

A little warmer this year so we enjoyed a table inside but with the door open. My husband enjoyed the Cataplana so much he had it a second time and I had a beautiful spicy/fruity chicken dish with rice. A great bottle of house red and a super atmosphere. Well worth the return visit and we will certainly visit again, thank you !

This is a large buffet restaurant and the fact that meals are served in sittings means that it gets a bit hectic as the crowds mill around the different areas of the buffet. There is a good choice of food, including several varieties of fish, a few choices of red meat and chicken, paella, pasta, various cooked vegetables (including potatoes and chips) and a large selection of salad items. Starters include a choice of hot soups, gazpacho, and salad; the desert range is limited, but fresh fruit and cheese are also options. Wine is a bit overpriced, the only water provided is bottled mineral water, but the bottled beer is reasonably priced. Overall, it does what it does quite well.

This is typical hotel style buffet food. There is always something you can choose but nothing very inspiring. The busy environment meant that you were not inclined to linger over your meal.
