Everyone this establishment are running around like headless chickens..ordered online and was emailed to say the systems down.drove to the shop and was one of four placing an order 5 ladys sitting doing nothing. After 35 min I asked how much longer..yes my order was standing on the counter and none of the 5 could call my ticket number…came home to find that my online order was also waiting for me…frustrated to have to drive around for nothing

Great staff but system and food let's you down. Have to order through the call center they send the order to the store. The store doesn't have the item so they just don't make your food??? And the fish we did get was full of bones.

Absolutely loved my last order only issue is that last week I ordered the exact same thing but the order was not upsized like I requested. Yet I was charged for it… please train the staff to pay attention to order request.

I have bought fish there several times. I love your fish. My last experience was so bad. That was last Thursday. The lady who was 'serving ' us was rude. We asked for prices of fish, she would say the prices so fast and was so angry with us. She held her hands up showing how annoyed she was as she did not want to tell us the prices again and when we wanted to know if we can swap anything. That girl is rude. It would be better to have the prices of fish without chips or rice on the wall as well. l … – show

I mean the food is good it's just the location well not the location but the customers, a specific “privileged customer” that went crazy when they didn't call her for her order and instead people that came after her got their orders first, it was rather comical because in most instances things like that are most likely to happen especially if the orders others placed were not as extravagant as yours, anyway this specific species of human race lost her mind shouted at staff shouted at the mana … – show
