When you cant hear the order you should first ask to speak loudly or mention that you cannot hear but you cannot keep shouting at the customers with out doing any of these.Service: 1/5
Why are you called fast food when I sat in the drive-through for 45mins? Also my order didn't come up on the screen so I asked for the total and the women working the speaker didn't understand. Really!? Horrible service ever.Food: 4/5

I ordered a big bacon classic and this is the second time they forgot the bacon. Like how do you forget the bacon. THE SECOND Time I visited and they forgot the bacon twice
