Ambassador Fish And Chicken - Irvington

Placed an order to the establishment in Irvington, NJ 1 week before I wanted my order. Received notification of a reminder of picking up my order via email. Arrived at the establishment and my order was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes because they never cooked the food. No apology, no thank you for waiting, nothing. Don't bother, customer service is very poor and unprofessional.

Couple years ago this would've been 5 stars across the board. Recipe changed a lot.

People call the chock crack chicken...I don 't agree. Was it freshly cooked? Yes....Was it hot? Yes.....The taste was regular. I wouldn 't go out the way for this. As a matter of fact , the chicken tenders has better flavor. Also, the wings are tiny.

Horrible!!!! Service and Food has gone down. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in very old grease. I ordered mac and cheese as a side, and it was straight out of the refrigerator. Almost frozen. I didnt ask for a heat and serve meal. Never again!
