Bidra med feedbackI love Taco Bell food. I know it has a reputation as not authentic, and, well, it's not really. But Taco Bell does not claim that it is truly authentic. It is fast food and resembles the more authentic, lovingly prepared versions of these foods that your Abuela uses to make. That said I didn't have a bad meal here, as I remember. They luke out the food quite quickly and if it is a great order, they will often ask you to move. This helps to move the drive thru line faster. I like that. Staff here are pretty good. I like her greeting at the ride thru How are you? what may seem like a strange thing, but I feel different in my interaction with them than in other restaurants. It feels more personal. They even play together with silly online order customer names. We used Godzilla, Commander Shepard and other fictional names. A little thing, but it contributes to my feelings about the employees. They act professionally, but it's nothing wrong to be casual, in my opinion. How to improve? If you order online, tell them in the box if you don't want ice cream. The app is not good for this bit as I remember. And while they weren't mean yet, it's a good idea to say in front. If you order a box item, ask them in the order box to pack either individually or above. This is an annoying piece that seemed a lot to happen here, at least for us. This is a place to improve simply because a Mexican pizza, half on the lid and half on the floor, sucks more than a brand new Dyson. Location Thoughts This location is convenient, right from 183 at MacArthur. However, I strongly recommend taking the O 'Connor exit if you are heading west to 183 and want to use this place. The MacArthur exit keeps you on the front road with hardly enough time to cross three lanes, in a too often traveled place. In my opinion, the entry of this place is an accident, especially at high traffic times. There is access to this Taco Bell from both front and MacArthur when you go north. To the south on MacArthur there is no legal access to this site without going south. In my opinion, it is best to left on the other side of 183, go to O 'Connor and take the turnaround. Vegetarian options: Taco Bell can prepare food by replacing meat with beans or other proteins. If someone is on the line with experience, that really helps. Just ask them to offer alternatives. Parking: Make sure that if you need to use disabled access parks, it is close to the line up for the ride thru, as well as opposite the frontage road entrance, which can draw Scharl in or out of these rooms. I don't owe Taco Bell, but if they can work out another order, it could somehow help.
The drive thru worker this morning is so stupid it is crazy? we went in the drive thru and were like “Please give us a minute” several times bc he always said about and about “can I order” “can I help you with the menu”. What part of “Gib us a minute” do you not understand??? he literally repeated it five times a minute. we were not in the taco bell in years, so we tried to see the menu and we always ended breakfast burritos that I said do not put bacon or sausage and these burritos are literally 85% bacon 15% egg. he didn't even repeat the order to make sure he did the right thing. I asked about the black sauce and he gave me the yellow sauce. That’s how I knew this man did all this on purpose because I very clearly said black sauce and he said ok. that, as I know he had no problems to hear and just felt like being rude, and even if he abuses it unlikely bc how to get you even “yellow” from “black”.... what if I had muslim bit turned into the pile of bacon?... his little one. now my mother is breakfast buffet bc she does not eat bacon. Wow great job!
Placed an order on the computer in the dining room. I thought I called my order, but there was nothing on the counter. I asked about my order and they seemed to know nothing about it. It seemed that either someone standing at the counter grab my order or they don't get my order.
Great location just off the highway. He food was prepared perfect…. Not to mention HOT and FRESH! It’s also one of the renovated locations which makes it even better!
Very surprised by their double beefy, cheesy burrito(not in the menu anymore. Bring it back) and their double steak, cheesy burrito it's really good...a little high on the price(over $7.00) for the burrito. Very tasty, though.
