Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Irving

I absolutely adore this place! It doesn't matter which location you visit; they're all fantastic. Without a doubt, it's my favorite sandwich shop. I always order the wreck, and I make sure to add extra peppers, but I leave out the mayo—mayo just doesn't sit right with me. If I could, I would go every day, but it’s probably not the healthiest choice!

I visit this restaurant at least twice a week, so the staff knows my order by heart. Their cheerful demeanor enhances the overall experience. Even when they're a bit short-staffed, they remain attentive. I once had an issue with an overcharge, but discussing it with the manager resolved everything smoothly. Recently, while going through my photos, I realized I've never written a review for this place. They have a fantastic team and serve delicious sandwiches—what more could you ask for? Oh, a cookie!

I ordered the wreck, and it was full of delicious meaty goodness. It seems they might be short-staffed, as it took quite a while to get through the line and figure out what toppings I wanted.
