Ihop - Irving

They have ratted. literally a rat walking around the dining room during the meal. Don't come here. this ihop went downhill

Very fast. waited 10 minutes and then had to find a waiter to take our order. the waitress was rude and didn't even know the menu. only rating 1 star because I can't give it less. it is now 8:40 and we are waiting for our food. After 10 minutes we had to wait until she gets our drinks out. it was not over again to see if we refilled drinks. we feel like the wrong skin color. table behind us let her toddler walk around the restaurant and do nothing to stop it. we are a table of 4 adults and a 7 year old. finally served at 8:50 clock. eating was lukewarm, but waitress had a better setting. around 9:05 o'clock we went through a mouse running through the restaurant of us. it even made a run for our table. the manager got a bit and a vacuum. no excuse

Ihop never disappointed! we went at 2:30 a.m. to a very late meal and although there was only one worker in the restaurant, it was very fast and attentive. our meals were delicious! we have:Buffalo chicken melt: 10/10 the perfect balance between siciness, sweet and hearty! sirloin steak tips: 10/10 the steak was boiled as I like it; medium good with a side of hash browns Omelette style egg and the very iconic buttermilk pancake!?

The late night breakfast was amazing, the staff was short, but it is understandable with everything that goes around in the world. 5 stars for effort?

Terrible service, front desk guy was extremely rude. Food is good but when you receive bad service it makes an awkward atmosphere overall. Will definitely not come again.
