The Habit Burger Grill - Irvine

This is a great burger! Had the char cheese burger and added bacon. YUM! The char flavor was very distinct; like right off your backyard bbq without the hassle. Also got extra crispy onion rings in hope they’d travel better in delivery.Everything arrived hot, crispy and really tasty! This will definitely happen again!

I used to eat here all the time. I haven't been here for a while until I went to order food again tonight. The management there and its employees have changed. It was very quiet. I ordered a chicken club sandwich to go. They gave me the wrong food twice. I took the food for the third time and went home, hoping that this time it would be the right thing, but I was surprised to see that they put bacon in my food again, as I had insisted several times that I did not want bacon. Even though I had just come from work and was very tired and hungry, I took the food and went there again. The door was closed. I knocked on the door. the manager, whose name was Destiny and she had taken my food order herself and had made a mistake. She opened the door and said that they were closed and that she could not take the food back and give me the right food. She just gave me a ticket to go back there tomorrow to get food.And she was kept saying,” next time when you want to get a chicken club sandwich, just say club sandwich.” If you look at their menu, they call it Chicken club sandwich, and that’s what I ordered at Habit for my whole life.What a stupid team.No one was understanding a very simple order of CHICKEN CLUB SANDWICH WITH NO BACONVery disappointing

Ordered 3 burgers here. One of them had the wrong type of onions and the other was missing pickles. One of the three burgers was correct. Not a huge deal, but I wouldn’t go in expecting your order to be correct at this location. Also, the fries were cold. Compared to the other locations I go to this has some work to do to catch up.

I actually had the chicken sandwich and it was delicious!!

My burger was cooked fine but definitely would not recommend getting any chicken on your salad…?There were a few pieces pretty undercooked and pink/red chicken is definitely not something I want to be eating.
