Starbucks - Irvine

Blonde girl was very rude. i asked if it was my drink (because i didnt get aksed my name) didnt want to get someone elses and she ignored me walked away. even though im mexican i paid like eveyone else and deserve customer service just like every other customer.

DO NOT GO HERE. Service is terrible. 20 minutes for a single cup of coffee?? Really? It was only a pike, literally, nothing fancy and no food. Just a cup of coffee. Further more when I asked to cancel the order, I had to wait another 5 minutes cause the employee was nonchalant and had a smirk on there face. I don't understand what was so funny? It's too bad cause this one is really close to my place, BUT I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. Absolutely awful. Thanks for nothing.

The beautiful lady who helped me named Paige was so nice and very welcoming! Have gone to this place for awhile and their food and drinks are always top notch

My husband and I stop at this Starbucks location often on Saturdays, and Kevin is the best barista of all! He was so helpful when I talked to him about alternative dairy options recently, and just had such a great presence! Keep it up!!

The baristas have the worst attitude AND they don’t know how to make drinks correctly, like pick a struggle!!
