Island Restaurants Regional Office

I've been to this location twice, both times with the same girlfriend and both times we had the same server...I don't recall her name. I do have to say, she is very patient and understanding (or is good at pretending she is) as my girlfriend is very particular about her food and will send things back multiple times until she's satisfied. So...5 starts for service! Unfortunately, only three-ish stars for the food. I always order the same thing...the Moa Kai...and ask to have the cheese melted...which is usually isn't. Also, the fries I was served both visits seemed to be the bottom of the barrel dregs. They were tiny, broken, burnt pieces of fries...not very tasty. Needless to say, we will be choosing other places to visit for our future lunch endeavors.

We've been regulars to this location for years now, but service has been pretty bad recently. I'm not sure if they just don't have enough staff or what, but our waiter last night was unfriendly and we had to constantly flag him down for service. The table next to us was served and left before we even got our food. Sorry if it sucks to work there, but don't take it out on your customers. We'll probably be back eventually... or maybe we'll go to one of the million other burger places around here. Bummer tacos.

Worst food I have had in a long time! I ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken was like jerky, cheese wasn't melted and sandwich was cold. My French fries were little bottom pieces, dry and hard. We weren't given any napkins and the service was just odd. At one point a young man just walked up to our table and asked us if we had any trash he could take away. My friend and I didn't even know how to respond. I've been to other Island restaurants and they are so much better than this. We were there last night on a Wednesday evening, not sure why the kitchen served food like this.......waste of money!

Food is pretty decent (nothing special) and drinks are great! The service is amazing and everyone is very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Great environment for Football as they have happy hour deals that are hard to beat! Monday-Thursday till close and all day on Sunday! Will definitely be coming back

Asked for a medium cooked burger and it was completely raw. Table next to us sent theirs back too. Service was nice and got us a new one. Still bland and underwhelming for the price. Tortilla soup is bomb though.
