Einstein Bros. Bagels - Irvine

My wife and mother in law love Einstein bagels. I had a bagel sandwich and it was just ehhhh. Not bad, but certainly not worth the $8 I spent. Next time I?d probably just order a bagel with cream cheese.

Food is really good and the service is fast and friendly. I can be in and out in less than 5 minutes. The prices are also very good for the amount of food you get.

Quick, convenient, and delicious! I really enjoy ordering the Farmhouse as a perfect indulgent breakfast treat. The staff is also very friendly.

The customer service at this particular Einstein Bros is quite poor. When I visited this morning, I ordered two bagels and a small coffee. I had to take my own receipt since it wasn’t offered to me. I tried to fill my coffee, but both the medium and dark roasts were empty. I asked for assistance, but they decided to start a new batch instead. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally received my bagels, yet they were still struggling to brew the coffee. I then requested a refund, but was instructed to stand in a long line to process it. When I asked if my request could be expedited, they said no. After waiting another 5 minutes, I ended up throwing away my coffee cup and leaving because it seemed like it would take another 5-10 minutes before my refund could be completed.

I enjoy ordering an onion bagel egg sandwich with bacon and avocado, accompanied by a side of hash browns. It's always amazing! I really love Einstein Bros; it's one of my favorite breakfast places.
