Bidra med feedbackThis is one of my favorite Akai spots in irvine! next to paradise bowls on culver dr) if they love acai bowls with lots and lots of layers, blue bowls is for them. they make acai bowls with different bases I recommend the golden base with acai and chia pudding, with pumpkin flax as my basic granola. I also like to layer on toppings, including. strawberry bananas blueberries mandel butter highly recommend this) goji berry date honee or agave honee it is a tad expensive at $10 ish for 12 ounces. I usually buy 24 oz $14.50) and split it with someone.
Checked this place out with my daughter, we both agreed it's very good!! Personally, I'm ranking it #1 on my açaí bowl list. Order: small bowl $10) açaí base, hemp granola, strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and peanut butter. Customers service was good. Thank you.
I haven't found a place quite like Blue Bowl. The variety is endless and quality of the toppings is top notch. Whether you're craving dessert, a snack or having it for breakfast your options are unlimited even for the pickiest person. My go to base is the pitaya, blue bowl chia pudding and almond butter. Price is reasonable for the quality, service is efficient and everything is always consistent. Only con is I wish they were opened later for those days where I'm craving dessert after dinner. Please open more locations!
I'm sure everyone that has searched for an acai bowl in this area has heard of Blue Bowl and I've had it a few times over the last few years but recently changed my mind about how good this place is! I usually don't like acai bowls from places that scoop them out of premade containers rather than freshly blending their acai or other bases but my last visit really made me fall in love with Blue Bowl. The thing that changed my mind was the matcha base! I think I had it in the past and it wasn't that good but maybe they changed their recipe since my last visit years ago and it is absolutely incredible now. LOVE! Blue Bowl is made for the topping lover since they have so many types of granola, fruits, nuts, nut butter, etc. which are all included in the price of the bowl. They also have a plethora of bases to choose from but I usually like getting the acai, matcha, and chia seed pudding since I think they are perfect together. For the toppings, I really like getting at least one type of granola, strawberries, bananas, goji berries, cacao nibs, one type of nut butter, and matcha powder on top. These bowls are definitely a shareable snack especially if you get one of the larger sizes! I love that they opened this location right next to UCI so it is so convenient to pick up some delicious acai bowls close by. Parking can be rough here depending on the day and time of day you come given there are so many students that hang around the UTC area. But you can park on either side of Target and it would be a really close walk to the Blue Bowl location.
Easily among the best açaí bowls you can get, the variety and quality is excellent.
