I absolutely adore their Ciabatta, Tartine, and Chickpea bread. All of their bread is sourdough and handcrafted. I highly recommend their Russian pirozhki with tofu (available in tofu with olives, tofu with onion, and tofu with mushrooms), as well as their sweet Rhubarb version. However, these are not always available. I also enjoy their carrot cake (they have new apple cakes, but I have yet to try them). They also offer pinecone-shaped pastries. Each item comes with detailed information on ingredients, or you can ask the seller for more information. They are constantly adding new vegan products and are currently working on a vegan pesto with nutritional yeast and avocado sauce. I am excited to try it out.
