Pizza Hut - Ipswich

The fries were not cooked enough, which is a personal annoyance of mine. The staff appeared to be leisurely standing behind the counter, engrossed in a conversation. Perhaps they could have used some of that time to cook my fries more thoroughly.

The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Friday evening, probably due to pre Christmas money saving! We were warmly welcomed by the manager Ivan and shown to comfortable window seats. The detailed menu was explained and we were left to make our selection. Debbie, the waitress, was very helpful both staff members were professional, helpful and very friendly. The food was of a very high quality, so thank you to the cook. The salad bar was kept very clean with a good selection on offer. I chose a glass of red wine which was very smooth on the palate and my companion had the unlimited soft drink option, both of which were included in the £14.99 meal deal. This was amazing value with a good choice of food. A lovely occasion, excellent in every way.

I went to this restaurant on a busy Saturday night looking for a good meal, and the pizza was amazing. Although the place was a bit messy, the food was great. I also tried the honeycomb cheesecake, and it was delicious.

This restaurant used to be a favorite spot for lunchtime treats, but we were disappointed to see that it had recently been renovated. The changes seemed to benefit the staff more than the customers, as there was no longer table service. We had to place our order at the counter, which was not clearly indicated. When our order arrived, there was a mistake with the pizza we had chosen, which led to confusion. The food itself was enjoyable, but we missed the personalized service that we had previously experienced at this Pizza Hut. It was also off-putting to be prompted to add a gratuity when paying, considering the lack of service provided. Overall, the food was good but the customer service was lacking.

Lovely fresh pizza, excellent choice on the salad bar, drinks were good, service quick and atmosphere good, nice clean restaurant, whole family happy- ice cream finished it off perfectly
