The service is terrible! They never answer the phone and I've left several messages and they don't return calls.Would look for another service center!I have!

Once the associate found out I needed parts and did not intend to purchase a new airstream, they weren’t helpful. The parts center also wasn’t knowledgeable as to what I needed. I would go to another dealer before heading back to this one. I figured an airstream dealer would be up to date on airstream parts.

I requested a service appointment on 3 occasions. Getting an email saying someone will be in contact with me soon which was never. I called twice leaving voicemails that never got returned. Only to finally get in touch with someone who tells me they can not service my coach. Do not waste your time.

Drove seven hours one way from Nashville to look at a used camper the salesman said was excellent. It was in very poor condition including water mold damage, damage to roof. Signs of mice, Very worn tires and brakes and what appears to be a bent axle. Looks like the previous owner did zero maintenance and horribly overloaded the trailer. Very disappointed.
