I typically visit this location every Friday for pizza. The drive up window is nice instead of going inside especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Staff is friendly, and I have not had any major issues with employees or my food order. Staff was wearing masks during my visits so that's a plus. The location is great so it is easy to pop in and pop out. Edit (2/16/24): The service here used to be pretty good, but over the past few months, I feel it has declined. Lines are crazy inside and out, and it feels like the staff is overwhelmed with the chaos. Food is usually ready so no issues there.
I had Italian cheese sticks and Founders pizza delivered. I was told it would be delivered by 4pm. It arrived at 4:07. This made me think they were taking time to be sure it was well baked. It was very undercooked. It looked better than it tasted.
Very good team they have. Kind and excellent customer service. The food is the best.
We ordered food on 1/13/24, online, for delivery. We received our confirmation email and the time the food would be delivered. 10 minutes later, I received a text stating the time of the arrival and a map of how I could track our food. I checked it 10 minutes before it was supposed to arrive, and it said our order had been canceled. When I tried to call, there was no answer. There was no refund on our account. We had spent $55.00. I tried to call several more times, also called customer service. Customer service also tried to call, and they were hung up on from someone at the restaurant. We ended up going there ourselves. There were a bunch of door dash people waiting for orders, 2 customers behind us, there for the same issue! It was total chaos. One of the workers came out telling the DD people that their orders weren't ready and to cancel everyone's orders! The drivers all started to argue with him, and the worker told them to reorder their food. As you can see, it doesn't work. After being there 15 minutes, we were helped, I then received a call that my DD was at our house with our order, even though it still showed canceled. I asked for a full refund for the order, the hassle, and the fact we now had cold food on our porch. They wouldn't credit my card but gave me cash back. I did, however, ask the driver if I could meet her so I could give her a tip. This wasn't her fault she was really nice. What is so bad about this Blacklick location, this happens here a lot. This shop should be closed and reopened under new management. It's awful.
