Subway - Iowa City

Staff totally ignored me sitting at curbside pickup with my lights on. I waited 15 minutes, then tried calling. It rang and rang and rang. Nobody answered until I hung up. I finally stuck my head in the door and asked for my sandwich, which had been sitting there on the counter the whole time. I received no notification it was done, despite my checking (and refreshing) the tracking tool many times. All in all, a big pain!!

Subway is consistently fresh and delicious every time.

The service was fantastic and the food was unbeatable.

People have a choice of veggies and sauses not like Jimmy John's

I had it today. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese flatcake sandwich. the eggs and the steak were ice cold in the middle of the sandwich after they were roasted. could not even finish a bite. Although eating was absolutely terrible, the two people working were nice.
