Burger King - Ionia

This place has awesome staff. Sometimes I get there like at 12:50am, and I figure my fries will be terrible but I don't want to bother them by asking for fresh fries because I know they are all tired and want to get home. But the amazing thing is that most of the time I still get fresh fries without asking! Yeah Lisa is so nice, so is Jacob, Erin (she moved to day shift), Trish, John, Owen (I think he left) and so many others. Oh and the morning girl (Ashley) is great too but I almost never can get up for the morning breakfast. Anyway, Lisa and crew make my whopper with cheese or junior whopper with cheese so delicious! They definitely load it it up with heavy tomatoes and onions. Many times they just put extra everything so the burger is nice and juicy (never dry). And usually my fries and onion rings are fresh/hot even at almost closing time (and I didn't even ask for fresh).

Don't order here unless you expect items to be missing. EVERYTIME they miss SOMETHING. How hard is it to get two combo meals and not miss something?!

What a horrible experience. Got into an argument with a manager who refused to accept math. Overcharged me and the started to argue about it. Refused to give me a number to talk to anyone about it. Voided my order and bailed out of there!!

I wouldn’t go there until they find new “girls” to work there… I went and ordered some food. Got to the second window n watch something horrible happen…I watched the worker pick her nose n wipe it on her pants not only did she pick her nose n wipe it on her clothing but she also did it again a few more times n then final she ate one of the nose pickings she got out…..She proceeded to grab our fries, put them to grab the sand bag and then tried to hand it out the window to me until I had to correct the problem with her manager.I tried to go and get my money back and they say there and denied doing it to begin with…. They proceeded to argue about my money bk n I owed change and everything else……They almost didn’t give me my money bk…..SMH??
