Very family, friendly, good service. to stay and be super good. the breakfast buffet very good. in the evening very well. also the day offers are cheap and good. after a hike they can make the day sound good.

Great food, great waiter, great ambience and Bavarian music with squeeze comode and trumpet to crown. A delicious and very successful evening. We recommend you and will definitely come back during the next holiday.

Unfortunately, I must agree with most of my pre-recensors. The house is very nice between Inzell and Ruhpolding, just outside. The offer of food and cakes is bourgeois but highly recommended. As has been mentioned several times, the great manko is the service. He doesn't work! It will be particularly bad if you are monitored by a very slim, blonde, from the eastern origin. This young lady is not only inconspicuous and superficial, she also tries to argue with you about the quality of her service! Employment and thus assessment fail.

In recent years Gasthof Schmelz has changed very positively, which does not mean improving the quality of food. Here someone criticizes the herbal salad in a report. No fear is even worse, 2015 is not only spicy, but also really dry and hard. Even the size of the carving, as praised, is not an increased quality feature for me, but who does not want such a thing to be a typical dish from Bavaria. At the best lunch time we take place on the pleasantly acting terrace. Besides us a couple of beers. We thought they were waiting for their food. No, the boss, pay the drinks... why don't they eat...? If that's the boss... The kitchen staff hopefully makes a really brighter impression and goes fresh to work. Now we were the only guests and stayed. Many hikers are over. By the way, how do black, undefined pieces come into my food? Why fresh herbs in the middle of the summer are replaced by tasteless stray powder. Conclusion: The food is made from the Grandma period, but without the love of the Grandma and the prices are already in the next decades. Who needs that? Why would I go back there? But why the couple didn't eat, we think now...

We have arrived a group of motorcyclists and in the rain, then the surprise that we could put our bikes into a garage, then Bingo provided the 2 surprise of the host and the ski room for drying the clothes. So we could turn dry some times and be served properly and hosted. The food was delicious and rich, the drinks really chilled. Since it was a cozy atmosphere, we stayed a little longer than planned.
